Player registration
Mini-roos, community and junior players
Invitations for player registrations are added here for our miniroos, community and junior players when opened after existing players are invited. Junior player registrations are due in March prior to the start of the season (about April). For more info, go to our community junior and miniroos page.
Trials – NPL and NPL development.
We trial for our JNPL (Junior NPL boys) and Pre-NPL development program. Trials are held around October but are based on Football Victoria’s schedule.
Trial info is published here or on our social media channels around September.
Training locations
Due to the large number of players at the club, we have a teams training across four facilities in Geelong’s North and West.
Senior Men and Women:

- Leisuretime Centre – Norlane (FIFA standard synthetic pitch)
NPL Juniors
- Elcho Park – Lara
- Hume Reserve (pitch 3) – Bell Park
- Leisuretime Centre – Norlane (FIFA standard synthetic pitch)
NPL dev. program and Metro Juniors
- Hume Reserve (pitch 3) – Bell Park
- Leisuretime Centre – Norlane (FIFA standard synthetic pitch)
Miniroos and Geelong community juniors:
- Harold Hurst Reserve – Herne Hill
- Hume Reserve (pitch 3) – Bell Park

VOLUNTEERING
We are a volunteer run club. If you or your child participates in one our programs, we’ll need your help on matchday and at others times during the year.

What does your fee pay for?
Your fees go towards (but not limited to) the following:
- FV/FFA player fees
- FV team entry fees
- Match and training equipment
- Home and away playing kits etc.
- End of season presentation event
- Referee fees (where applicable)
- Coaching and support staff (NPL)
- Pitch hire from Geelong Council (example Harold Hurst Reserve, Hume Reserve, Leisuretime Center synthetic pitch)
- Ground lighting costs (where applicable)
- Utilities, services, facility and pitch maintenance at Elcho Park
- Club insurances
